So, how can we recognize the best dental software without generic statements?
Although this question is broad and its answer varies for everyone, based on our experiences, I believe the following criteria should be considered in the purchasing process:
- Does it operate quickly?
- Is the customer support team strong, and is there an emphasis on training?
- Is it regularly updated?
*The best example of this is checking the update history on the App Store - Play Store. Updating every few months is definitely not ideal.
Assuming that basic functions are present in all software, once we surpass the above criteria, we need to ask the following questions:
- Does it streamline workflows?
- Does it contribute to financial discipline within the clinic?
- Does it enhance the patient experience?
- Do staff members like using the application?
- Does it alert the clinic owner about any inaccuracies?
