In May, we released a broad set of updates across forms, patient registration, reports, treatment plan controls, finance screens, and mobile workflows. The focus this month was helping clinic teams manage daily work with more control, speed, and clarity.
🚀 New Features
🎉 Renewed Forms Experience
The forms experience was renewed with a clearer structure for privacy, information, and consent workflows. Privacy form text can now be edited through the editor, forms can be tracked by status, and printed consent documents show clearer approval details, including who approved the form and when.
Updating consent and privacy forms is now more flexible as well.

🎉 Searchable International Phone Codes
Phone country codes can now be searched by country name or by codes such as +90, +49, and +44. When an international phone number is pasted during patient registration, the country selection can be detected automatically, with flag and country-code display making the registration flow faster and clearer.

🎉 Hidden Note Visibility
Hidden notes now stay closed in patient and clinic workflows until a user intentionally opens them. This gives teams a more controlled way to work with sensitive patient details, internal observations, or notes that should not be visible on screen by default.
The note card can still signal that a hidden note exists, but the content itself is not displayed unnecessarily. This helps reduce accidental exposure in reception areas, consultation rooms, or screen-sharing situations while keeping important context available when it is needed.

✨ Improvements
✨ Unfinished Session and Treatment Reports
The Unfinished Session Report now includes a last appointment date filter and has been brought closer to the Unfinished Treatment Report experience. Unfinished Treatment Report filters were connected to a shared structure, with treatment filters and treatment items added to the second export sheet.
Permission-based visibility for a user’s own sessions was also added, giving teams a more controlled reporting experience.

✨ Current Account Views
Current account views now support sorting for totals, expenses, balances, and related fields. Records with non-zero balances were also added, making finance follow-up easier for clinic teams.

✨ Treatment Plan Controls and Performance
When a passive treatment plan is locked, treatment completion is now prevented, strengthening control over locked plans. If work needs to continue, an authorized user should unlock the plan first.

Deactivating treatment plans was also improved for performance, especially for patient profiles with many treatment items.
✨ Faster Patient Payments Page
The patient Payments page now loads faster. This is especially useful for patient profiles with a large payment history.
✨ Treatment Plan Excel Export
Treatment item notes were added to treatment plan Excel exports, making exported plans more informative for clinic teams.

✨ Session Refresh After Permission Changes
When a user’s permissions are updated by someone else, the user session is now refreshed automatically. This helps permission changes reflect in the app experience more quickly.
✨ Calendar and Report Exports
Calendar exports now include patient phone and email information. Daily Monitoring Report exports also include patient notes from the last month, aligned with the existing note behavior in other reports.

✨ Pinned Patient Media Tab
The patient media area now supports pinning for Visual, X-Ray, and Document tabs. The pinned tab opens by default when moving between patient profiles, making media workflows faster.

✨ Recall Date Options
Recall date handling was improved. Teams can view broader recall history for a patient and create new recalls with 1, 2, 3, or custom month intervals.

✨ Diagnosis and Treatment Plan Selection Memory
Diagnosis and treatment plan selection behavior now better preserves recent selections. This gives teams a faster experience in similar workflows.

✨ Clinic Opening Order
For multi-clinic use, if no clinic was selected previously, the oldest clinic now opens after login. Other clinics are listed by creation order.
✨ Patient Portal Improvements
The Patient Portal experience and permission checks were improved, helping portal workflows run more consistently.

✨ Mobile App Improvements
On mobile, the forms experience was renewed in the patient registration step and patient forms tab. Calendar drag-and-drop appointment moves now include vibration feedback where device settings allow it, plus an undo notification after moving an appointment.
The mobile app also includes a new appointment screen after postponing an appointment, patient sharing from quick actions, direct access to a patient profile from tasks, and automatic DataMatrix serial/lot information in stock entry and exit descriptions.
🛠️ Fixes
🛠️ Note Templates
Fields that were not working in note templates were fixed, and note template parameters were improved for more consistent behavior across patient and treatment scenarios.
🛠️ WhatsApp Automation
WhatsApp template flows were improved. WhatsApp automation now works more smoothly and consistently.
