In November, we particularly strengthened financial management, performance, and internal operational workflows. Our goal is to provide a more transparent, faster, and more controllable clinic experience.
🚀 New Features
🎉 Separation of Patient and Appointment Permissions
Patient operations and appointment-task operations are no longer managed under a single permission. Adding, editing, viewing, and deleting can now be managed separately. This makes it possible to grant a user only add permissions while restricting editing, or allow appointment creation while disabling deletion rights.
With this improvement, team permissions can be managed more precisely and unnecessary access can be prevented.
Unauthorized users are blocked from performing actions. As a result, data security increases, responsibilities become clearer, and operational control is strengthened.

✨ Exchange Rate Update When Treatment Is Completed
When a treatment is completed, the exchange rate value of the transaction can now be automatically updated with the current rate. When you activate this option in the Clinic Configurations section, you can view the TRY equivalents of treatments performed in foreign currencies on the Patient > Payments screen using the current exchange rate, and you can easily change the rate used in balance calculations if needed.
With this feature, pricing accuracy improves for clinics operating with foreign currencies. The risk of incorrect collections due to outdated exchange rates is significantly reduced.



🎉 Current Accounts Are Now Bidirectional
Both account inflows and outflows are now processed bidirectionally under the Current Accounts tab. When you transfer money from one portfolio to another, the system automatically creates the corresponding outgoing or incoming transaction in the target portfolio.
This eliminates the need to perform the same operation twice.
Thanks to this structure, income and expense items can be tracked more clearly, accounting reporting becomes more transparent, and financial tracking in clinics gains a much more controlled structure.

🎉 Task/Recall Tab Memory
Each time you enter the homepage, the last tab you used now opens automatically. There is no need to select the tab every time. This provides speed and workflow continuity. It creates noticeable time savings, especially in clinics that access the system many times during the day.

✨ Improvements
✨ AI Voice Note Performance Improved
Speech-to-text conversion now works much faster and more accurately. The system recognizes medical terminology better and reduces the need for unnecessary editing.
Why should you use AI voice notes?
Assistants spend less time writing notes, and doctors can use recordings without losing time. The time spent per session decreases, daily workflows speed up, and it becomes possible to dedicate more time to patients.

Treatment Plan Export: Patient ID & Last Recall Date Added
Patient ID and Last Recall Date fields are now automatically added to treatment plan export files.
With this improvement:
Data matching becomes much faster and more accurate, especially in high-volume reports and integration processes.
The risk of mixing up patients or skipping records is significantly reduced.
Grouping, follow-up, and reporting patients based on recall dates can be done much more clearly.
Financial analyses and planned amount checks become more transparent and auditable.

✨ Doctor Information Added to Laboratory Process Exports
In export files for laboratory processes, information about which doctor each procedure belongs to is now displayed in a separate column.
This makes responsibility distribution clearer and more transparent. It is possible to track which doctor worked on which case from a single file. As a result, doctor-based performance, production, and revenue analysis in laboratory reports becomes much easier.
✨ 3 New Colors for Patient Groups
You can visually distinguish patient segments much more clearly by coloring patient groups. With the new color options, identifying defined patient groups at a glance is now possible.

✨ Proforma View Renewed
Columns not displayed on the screen now automatically resize themselves, preserving the page layout. Even when unnecessary fields are hidden, the proforma does not shift or become misaligned. When shared with patients as a PDF, it offers a more organized, readable, and professional appearance.

✨ Consent Form Creation Time Improved
Improvements have been made so that new forms can now be created in a much shorter time. As form generation speeds up, waiting times decrease and patient admission steps progress more efficiently.

✨ Currency Column Added to Doctor Earning Report Exports
Reports for clinics working with multiple currencies are now much more readable. When you download Doctor Earning reports, you can see at a glance which currency was used for each transaction. Whether you compare currencies or apply conversions, all calculations can be completed faster with a single formula.

✨ Address Information Added to Patient Segment Exports
With this improvement, all patient segment lists can now be exported together with city, district, and address information. I
🛠 Fixes
🛠 Desktop task notifications were not being delivered and have been fixed.
Result: Task assignment and tracking workflows are reliable again.
🛠 Periodontal chart vertical number alignment renewed.
Result: The risk of reading errors during clinical data entry has been reduced.
