Creating Recurring Tasks
Create and track recurring clinic tasks from the updated Tasks screen using the repeat interval shown in the task table.
Updated
Every clinic has tasks that need to be done at regular intervals. To review or create recurring work, open the Tasks screen and use the Active Tasks tab. The updated list shows the repeat interval directly in the Repeat column, such as a task repeating every 5 or 15 days.

To create a recurring task, click Add Task. In the task form, enable the repeat option and choose the repeat interval. Then complete the task details such as title, responsible employee, end date, department, patient if relevant, and description.
After the recurring task is saved, Medicasimple lists it with the repeat badge in the task table. When a recurring task is completed, the system creates the next task according to the selected interval.
If the task details change, open the task, make the necessary adjustments, and save the update. If a recurring task was created incorrectly, delete it and create a new one with the correct interval.
If you are still experiencing issues with recurring tasks, contact our team by using the chat button in the bottom right corner.
