These reports are essential for clinics that want to ensure fairness, transparency, and accuracy in commission and payout calculations. By combining data from treatments, payments, and patient balances, clinics can measure productivity, align compensation with real collections, and keep doctor payments consistent with financial performance.
What You Can Do
View doctor commissions calculated by completed treatments or collected payments.
Automatically calculate gross and net earnings with expense and tax deductions.
Identify pending balances and unreconciled payouts for each doctor.
Export all reports for accounting, performance analysis, or reconciliation.
Maintain transparent financial records between your clinic and each practitioner.
How It Works
1. Doctor Earning by Treatment
Displays each doctor’s gross earnings based on completed treatments within a chosen date range.
The system automatically applies the doctor’s predefined commission rate (e.g., 30%) and deducts any recorded expenses to show the net earning.
Example:
Dr. Smith completed 10 treatments in October.
The report lists all procedures, applies her 30% commission rate, subtracts clinic-assigned expenses, and shows the remaining balance under Remaining Gross
Amount.
Ideal for: Clinics using production-based commission models.
2. Doctor Earning by Payment and Treatment
Calculates doctor earnings only after patient payments have been received.
This ensures that commissions are aligned with actual revenue collected, not pending balances.
You can filter by payment date, export detailed records, and record issued payouts via “Give Payables.”

Commissions are based on confirmed income, improving cash flow consistency and accountability.

3. Doctor Earning by Cash
Summarizes cash-based collections and payouts across a selected period.
The report breaks down:
Total gross income

4. Debt Report per Doctor
Shows each doctor’s patients with outstanding or partial payments, helping you identify unpaid treatments and follow up accordingly.
