App Store: Using the Add-ons Page
Use the App Store page to view add-ons included in your package, see locked add-ons, and understand how add-on purchasing works.
Updated
The App Store page is where clinics can view add-ons included in their package, review locked add-ons, and understand which add-ons can be purchased separately.
Who can view the App Store?
The page is visible only to users with the permission to view and edit subscription settings. Users without this permission will not see the App Store item in the menu.
How add-on purchasing works
Add-ons are purchased and activated at clinic level.
Pricing is calculated based on the number of active doctors in that clinic.
The add-on fee is reflected on the clinic invoice.
After purchase, the add-on becomes active immediately unless an extra setup step is required.
Status labels on the App Store page
Included in package: the add-on is already included in your current package and no extra action is required.
Locked: the add-on is not currently active and can be purchased.
Coming soon: the add-on is not yet available for purchase.
Add-on detail pages
When you select an add-on, its detail page shows what it does, how it works, benefits, pricing information when available, and any trial-period information.
Purchase steps
Open the App Store page.
Select the add-on you want to purchase.
Review the price and trial information if shown.
Click Buy and complete the confirmation steps.
After the purchase is complete, the add-on becomes active for the clinic.
