Errors in payment entries or situations where the patient withdraws during the payment process can sometimes occur. Unfortunately, we currently cannot perform payment deletions.
You can update the amount of the payment you want to remove to "0" in the "Update Payment" section and make it inactive. Alternatively, you can add another payment to ensure correct data entry.
We would also like to inform you that an update on this matter will be made as soon as possible.
