What Is the Patient Activity Feed?
The Patient Activity Feed displays a detailed, time-stamped history of every action taken for a patient; such as new treatment plans, updates, payments, and notes.
It serves as a transparent audit trail for your clinic, showing who did what and when.
Every entry is automatically logged, so your entire team can monitor activity in real time without needing manual documentation.
Why It Matters
Provides full accountability across your team, every change made in a patient’s record is traceable to the staff member who performed it.
Eliminates confusion in multi-staff workflows by keeping a unified, chronological record of all updates.
Helps you quickly review what has been done before each appointment or follow-up.
Improves patient safety and clinic compliance by ensuring that all treatment changes are stored permanently.
In short, every action inside the patient file - from creating a new plan to editing a note - is recorded automatically. Nothing is lost, and every team member’s activity is visible.

How It Works
Open a patient profile.
Go to the Overview tab.
In the Activity Feed, you’ll see a chronological list of all actions related to the patient, including:
Added or modified treatment plans
Recorded payments or notes
Clinical updates (perio, media, forms)
The name of the staff member who performed the action
The exact date and time
Each action is automatically linked to the responsible user, creating a reliable, trackable history of patient care.
Summary
The Patient Activity Feed keeps every detail of patient interactions transparent and organized.
It acts as your clinic’s real-time logbook; ensuring that all updates, whether made by doctors, assistants, or front-desk staff, are securely recorded and easy to review.
