What Are Communication Logs?
The Communication Logs feature records every message sent to and from your clinic: including SMS, WhatsApp, and email notifications. Each interaction is automatically logged under the patient’s record, showing message content, delivery time, and status.
This ensures complete transparency in patient communication and allows every team member to see what was sent, when, and through which channel.
Why It Matters
Keeps a full record of all patient communications in one place.
Helps your staff avoid sending duplicate or unnecessary messages.
Allows doctors, assistants, and receptionists to stay aligned on what has been shared with the patient.
Supports quality control by showing whether each message was successfully delivered.
Every SMS, WhatsApp, and email sent through the system, whether automated or manual, is automatically saved, creating a verifiable history of all communication between your clinic and the patient.
How to Access Communication Logs
1. From the Patient Detail Page
Open a patient profile.
Go to the Contact tab.
In the Patient Records section, you can see all messages related to that patient.
Each message shows its type (SMS, email, etc.), send status, date, and content.
You can also filter by contact type or date range.

2. From the Process Follow-Ups Section
You can also access all clinic-wide communication logs for reporting or tracking purposes.
Go to Main Menu → Process Follow-Ups → Contact Records
Use the filters to search by contact type, patient, person, or date range.
You can also export communication records for review or documentation.

Summary
Communication Logs give your clinic a complete and auditable record of every patient interaction. Whether accessed through the patient profile or the Process Follow-Ups section, this feature helps ensure that every message is tracked, visible, and properly documented; strengthening both patient trust and internal coordination.
