The Self-Confirmation and Check-In feature allows patients to confirm their upcoming appointments online and enables your team to track attendance in real time.
This ensures smoother daily operations, fewer no-shows, and less manual communication for your staff.
How It Works
1. Automatic Confirmation Message
Before the appointment, patients automatically receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with a confirmation link. (If "Appointment Reminder" automation is live)

The message can include key details such as appointment date and time, and asks the patient to confirm attendance by selecting Yes or No.

Once the patient confirms, the status is immediately updated in your system.
If the patient declines, your team can instantly see it and offer the time slot to another patient.
2. Tracking Confirmations
Every sent confirmation message and patient response is logged under Process Follow-Ups → Contact Records.
From this section, staff can see:
Which patients received the message
The exact time the message was sent and delivered
