Multilingual Plan
Present and export treatment plans in different languages so patients can understand proposed care more clearly.
Updated
What Is the Multilingual Plan Feature?
The Multilingual Plan feature allows clinics to present and export treatment plans in different languages; ensuring every patient clearly understands their proposed treatments, procedures, and costs.
This is especially useful for clinics serving international patients or operating in multilingual regions. With just one click, you can generate a translated version of your treatment plan (PDF or on-screen view) without re-entering any data.
Why It Matters
Improves communication with foreign patients by offering treatment plans in their native language.
Builds trust and transparency, helping patients understand every detail before approval.
Enhances clinic professionalism for international and medical tourism cases.
Saves time, no need to manually translate or create separate plan versions.
How It Works
Go to the Treatment Plans tab under a patient profile.
Select or create a treatment plan.
Click the Proforma icon (paper icon under the “Actions” column).

In the Proforma Language dropdown menu, choose your desired language.
Available options include Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Georgian and Bulgarian.

The system automatically updates the plan preview and generates the selected language version for sharing or printing.
You can then download or print the translated treatment plan PDF.

Example Use Cases
A French clinic serving patients from Germany can instantly show the same plan in German.
A clinic in the Philippines can provide English, Arabic, or Russian copies for medical tourists.
Receptionists can easily switch languages without editing any treatment data, only the interface and text elements change.
Summary
Multilingual Plan helps clinics communicate better with diverse patient groups by automatically translating treatment plan details into multiple languages. It simplifies international workflows, enhances patient confidence, and supports a professional, transparent treatment experience.
